Yes it is true they have changed doctors a few times in the recent past.. But they still are extremely friendly and helpful. Appointments are extremely easy and many options to suit your needs. But the service and full explanation of services and needs are always amazing! I appreciate the gentleman at the front he is extremely friendly and understanding. He will help you with anything

This office has been a revolving door of new employees over the last few years. I’ve had multiple appointments cancelled, and last week when I tried to reschedule I was informed they currently don’t have a hygienist or doctor on staff so they tried to refer me to another office. I’m finding a new dentist with some consistency.

The new dentist would not know my name if I hit her over the head. She was so focused on a bridge that I had removed several months ago that she could talk about nothing else. More than likely will not be returning. Do not trust her diagnosis and will be getting a second Opinion. On the other hand, Denise, the hygienist, is terrific. Sorry that she works there, and more than likely will not be seeing her again.

Staff was extremely nice. I just could not afford the service and got denied on the payment plans. I wish I could have a dentist like the one in this office. Best of luck ❣

Honestly i’m so sick and tired of this place. I’ve been going here for maybe over a year and a half now and i liked it at first. But the last few times i’ve had my 6 month check up they call me 2 hours before my appointment saying they need to reschedule, and there’s no other spots until 3 weeks to a month out which is ridiculous and a inconvenience. And now they were supposed to call me to reschedule and appointment never did, so i called them and now all the sudden they say oh we don’t have a dentist until early November!! Okay so they refer me to a different dentist office that has the worst reviews. So great a big waste of time this place is!! It’s like if i would’ve never called i they would’ve never let me know they didn’t have a dentist and i would’ve went in and wasted my time. This place is so unprofessional!!!

Denise is wonderful! Very knowledgeable and personable service! I was seen promptly upon arrival and never felt rushed during my cleaning appointment.

Unfortunately, they have gone downhill over the last few years—my dentist has changed twice during that time and with each visit their staff seemed to change. That isn’t the main issue, however… they tend to cancel appointments frequently. Within the last year, I have had 4 appointments cancelled/rescheduled, and usually they don’t inform you until the day of/day before. I had times where I called and rescheduled that were months out, taking off work and moving things around specifically to make it work—only to be cancelled on right before. My most recent appt I got all the way to the office only to be told they had called me to reschedule and I hadn’t replied. I checked my call history and voicemails and had nothing from them. The desk staff are nice and everything, but the scheduling and staffing seems to be a mess. I am much happier with Creve Coeur Dentistry, where they referred me.

I had been going here for routine cleanings for a year and a half. They do not clean teeth throughly. The final straw was when they told me I would need to come in for an additional deeper cleaning that would cost $500+. I got a second opinion and the cleaning was not needed.
